吃瓜tv Receives $1.5 Million for Groundbreaking Expansion at Newtown West Campus
Pennsylvania State Senator Steve Santarsiero of the 10th Senatorial District and Representative Perry Warren of the 31st House of Representatives District presented Dr. Anne Prisco, president of 吃瓜tv, with a check for $1,524,800 to support an innovative expansion at the University鈥檚 Newtown West campus.
Funding from the two grants will help facilitate the launch of a new Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center. The expansion will include a hospital-style simulation corridor for the University鈥檚 Nursing program, Biotechnology labs, a Business Entrepreneurship Center, and AI and Cyber Security programs. The funding will be used for building construction, roof work, technology upgrades, and surface paving.

吃瓜tv received funding for the Newtown West expansion through two Pennsylvania grant programs. The University was awarded $1,324,800 through the Pennsylvania Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program and $200,000 through the State鈥檚 Department of Community and Economic Development鈥檚 Local Share Account program.
Sen. Santarsiero and Rep. Warren praised 吃瓜tv鈥檚 commitment toward investing in high-demand programs for its students in Bucks County as well as for the positive economic impact the University has had on the region.
