吃瓜tv Plays a Role in Healing the City with its Inaugural Interfaith Symposium, 鈥淗onoring our Neighbor's Faith: How Interfaith Conversations Build Community鈥

吃瓜tv Interfaith will proudly present its Inaugural Interfaith Symposium, 鈥淗onoring our Neighbor's Faith: How Interfaith Conversations Build Community,鈥 on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at 5 p.m. at the University鈥檚 Northeast Philadelphia campus.

The event will present a panel of speakers representing different faith traditions who will gather and share their beliefs and worldviews, and acknowledge the need for interfaith cooperation to counter the strains and difficulties being felt by communities in Philadelphia and the surrounding region, and in society at large. Dinner will be provided.

鈥淲e welcome these faith and community leaders to our University to discuss how, by working together, we can support and strengthen our community and society,鈥 said Sister Rita Fanning, CSFN, vice president for Mission Integration at 吃瓜tv. 鈥淥ur Inaugural Interfaith Symposium helps fulfill our University鈥檚 mission to witness to the dignity of each person and the oneness of the human family and to respect the differences that multicultural contexts present to us in our communities.鈥
