Advising

  1. You can find your specific advisor in Student Planning, Plan and Schedule you will find the Advising tab.
  2. If you are unable to find it, you can contact the Office of Holistic Academic Advising at 267-341-3221 or email academicadvising@holyfamily.eduto identify your assigned advisor.

If you have a Faculty Advisor you want to contact the Associate Dean in your School of Study. Unsure of their information? Contact our office.

You can cancel your appointment using the confirmation email you received when you booked it. If you prefer, you can also call or email us and we will cancel it for you. Contact us at 267-341-3221 or academicadvising@holyfamily.edu.

Be sure to check the Academic Calendar for the specific dates in each term. It is important to talk with your advisor about the difference between a drop and a withdrawal.

Majors & Minors

  1. If you have already consulted with an Advisor, submit the form.
  2. Contact the Office of Holistic Academic Advising at academicadvising@holyfamily.edu for guidance on the new program.
  3. Approval: Note that some changes, particularly for specialized programs like Nursing, may require additional approvals.
  4. Submit: Complete and submit the form to be processed.

*It is highly recommended to consult with your academic advisor or the Office of Holistic Academic Advising before initiating this change to understand the impact on your academic progress.

Once it is completed, your minor will be added to your record within 1 business day. An advisor will email you to confirm when it is active.

Once submitted, minor will be canceled within 1 business day and an advisor will email you notifying you that your minor is now canceled.

Class Materials

You can see what textbooks you need at the .

  1. Click 鈥淭extbooks鈥 at the top right.
  2. Then click 鈥淔ind Textbooks.鈥
  3. Enter your class schedule and it will show you the books you need.

Financial Aid & Billing

  1. The primary resource is the Financial Aid Office, located in 吃瓜tv Hall, Room 205.

Pay tuition via the Student Self-Service portal (e-check, credit/debit) or in person at the Office of Student Accounts in 吃瓜tv Hall, Room 215.

Academic Records & Transfers

Transcripts are requested through Parchment, if you have additional questions contact the Registrar鈥檚 Office at registrar@holyfamily.edu.

You can send your updated transcripts to:

To transfer out of the university, first work with the school you plan to transfer to. Be sure you have applied and been accepted before moving forward.
